On Saturday, September 12, 2020, students at the Angers campus carried out solidarity actions, ensuring that protective measures were observed. 

This year, the Arts et Métiers student ambassadors Arts et Métiers launched a fully virtual outreach initiative to connect with prospective students interested in the Grande Ecole Engineering Programme. The goal: to introduce the school and answer students’ questions!

As part of the partnership between the Higher School of Foundry and Forging (ESFF) and our School, around thirty ESFF students came to our campus on August 26, 27, and 28 to carry out practical work!

David Glijer is Director of Digital Transformationat ArcelorMittal France. He is also the sponsor of the new class of students in the Grande École Program at the Metz campus. Together with Valentin Melchior, Digitalization Project Manager for ArcelorMittal and a recent Arts et Métiers graduate, they met with students during orientation week.

Digital simulation to design a safe factory of the future: this is one of the guiding principles behind the work of the teams at LC2S, a joint laboratory run by Arts et Métiers INRS. We meet Patrick Martin, professor emeritus at the Design, Manufacturing and Control Laboratory on the Arts et Métiers campus Arts et Métiers Metz and co-director of LC2S.

To welcome the first-year students of Grande Ecole Engineering Programme, Nicolas Douaud, director of theKSBfacilityin Sequedin, shared Arts et Métiers vision of engineering careers with the future Arts et Métiers engineers. This presentation was part of the partnership between KSB and Arts et Métiers , which has been in place Arts et Métiers spring 2019.
