12th edition of the Chal’engeAM Challenge

The Arts et Métiers Institute Arts et Métiers Chalon-sur-Saône offers a master's degree in "Digital Engineering – MTI3D" that trains students in immersive technologies and digital transformation.
In partnership with Grand Chalon, Usinerie Partners, the UIMM 21-71 training center, CNAM BFC, and EGC Centre-Est, it is organizing the 12th edition of the Chal'engeAM challenge. This competition brings together students and companies from Bourgogne-Franche-Comté to create, in two weeks from January 19 to 30, 2026, innovative demonstrators in virtual reality, augmented reality, artificial intelligence, and digital marketing. After several months of discussions and co-construction with the companies, the projects will be presented on January 30 at the CCI in Chalon-sur-Saône, during a session of pitches, demonstrations, and an awards ceremony recognizing innovation, economic opportunity, conviction, and the public vote.

Olivier Pagni appointed director of the Arts et Métiers campus Arts et Métiers Lille

With more than 35 years of service to the French government, Olivier Pagni is taking over as director of the Arts et Métiers campus Arts et Métiers Lille. Accustomed to leading complex projects in demanding environments, he now intends to put his management and cooperation experience to work for a prestigious engineering school, with a clear ambition: to rebuild the community, strengthen ties with industry, and prepare tomorrow's engineers for human and technological challenges.

Arts et Métiers organize the ATS competition starting in 2026.

Arts et Métiers, a leading engineering school, will resume organizing the ATS competitive entrance exam in 2026 for students with BTS, DUT, or BUT degrees who wish to enroll in an engineering school. This new responsibility is fully in line with the school's strategic ambition: to train 50% more graduates by 2027 on its campuses and new sites, by increasing social openness and diversity of backgrounds.

Arts et Métiers its campuses around Sustainability Week

As part of the European GreenDiLT (Green Digital Learning and Teaching) project, Arts et Métiers Sustainability Week from November 24 to 28, in collaboration with all of its partners. This week of events is dedicated to responsible digital practices and ecological transition in higher education. Workshops, meetings, mini-conferences, and activities will be offered on the Arts et Métiers campuses.

Hitachi Rail France and the Arts et Métiers campus Arts et Métiers Metz sign a partnership agreement to support young talent

At the BE 5.0 Industries du Futur trade show, held on November 25 and 26 in Mulhouse, Hitachi Rail France and the Arts et Métiers campus Arts et Métiers Metz announced the signing of a five-year (renewable) partnership agreement aimed at strengthening links between academia and industry.
