The 15 Arts et Métiers laboratories Arts et Métiers located on eight campuses and four sites, covering nine of the 13 regions of mainland France. Researchers conduct intensive, high-quality collaborative research covering the entire product life cycle and manufacturing systems. The scientific approaches taken contribute to the influence of engineering sciences.
Taking as their starting point the challenges faced by industries and regions, as well as the emergence of associated scientific barriers, they conduct world-class research with a view to overcoming these barriers. Those involved in this research are encouraged to maintain high-quality scientific output for sustainable engineering, to disseminate their findings to the general public, and to adhere to the principles.
