Student curriculum
The first year of the student program must be completed at one of the Arts et Métiers campuses Arts et Métiers : Aix-en-Provence, Angers, Bordeaux-Talence, Châlons-en-Champagne, Cluny, Lille, Metz.
In the second and third years, depending on their chosen course, students may study in the regions, in Paris, or even abroad.
The Grande Ecole Engineering Programme also offered at Arts et Métiers Rabat campus. The program consists of four academic semesters in Rabat (Morocco), one academic semester at one of the French campuses, and a one-semester end-of-program internship.
Apprenticeship program
The entire apprenticeship program must be completed either at theAngers campus or the Paris campus.
RULES FOR ASSIGNMENT TO CAMPUSES
PREPARATORY CLASSES (EXCEPT FOR ATS AND TSI COURSES)
Each candidate must draw up a list of preferred schools for which they are ranked. At this stage, they will also rank the Arts et Métiers campuses Arts et Métiers order of preference (for each of the two options, student program and apprenticeship program).
The top 10% of students in a given field are assigned to the campus of their choice.
Candidates ranked below this will be assigned based on:
- the number of places available on each campus,
- from their reference campus, if applicable, provided that it is ranked in one of the top two places in the student's preferences for the course or in first place for the apprenticeship course. (see maps below),
- based on their ranking in the competition,
- of their preferred choices,
Some candidates will be assigned regardless of their list of preferences:
- Metz campus for candidates enrolled in the Franco-German dual degree program
- Angers Campus for Military Infrastructure Personnel (IMI)
ATS SECTOR
Candidates admitted through the ATS competition will be assigned to one of the provincial campuses based on:
- based on their ranking in the competition,
- from the place where they completed their preparatory class,
- places available on campus depending on the candidate's original field of study.
TSI PROGRAM
Based on their results, candidates will be assigned according to their preferences or to a specific group at the Châlons-en-Champagne campus.
BUT / BTS / BACHELOR'S DEGREE
- Specialization in Electrical Engineering: Lille campus
- Specialization in Mechanical Engineering:
- For the student program: Cluny or Angers campus (depending on preferences, ranking, and place of residence)
- For the apprenticeship program: Angers or Paris campus (depending on preferences, ranking, and place of residence)
Bachelor's Degree (3rd Year) and Master of Science Year)
Campus determined based on preferences expressed during the oral exam.
No changes to assignments will be accepted except in cases of force majeure that are duly justified.
