The goal of incubation is to bring products/services and business plans to maturity, with comprehensive support covering the business, technical, and industrial aspects of projects.

The support consists of two parts:
Business support:
- Strategy: support for the development and monitoring of the business plan, roadmap, and action plan.
- Funding: assistance in finding funding, grants (FPI), loans (IGEU Arts et Métiers honor loans), fundraising.
- Operational: awareness-raising, training, workshops to build skills on key topics related to the creation, development, and management of an innovative business.
Technical support:
- Feasibility study
- Development of the technical roadmap: technical development, prototyping, and testing strategy
- Support for drafting functional and technical specifications
- Design study
- Training and support in the use of conventional machinery and implementation of numerically controlled machinery
The support methodology aims to align the technical, industrial, and business aspects of projects.
ACCOMMODATION
- Outside the walls
- Inside the walls: shared open-plan offices for office activities, individual or shared workshops for hardware R&D activities.
TECHNICAL RESOURCES
The Center for Design and Prototype Development: 2CRP
The 2CRP is a technical platform responsible for supporting training, research, innovation, and industry. Incubated companies have access to the expertise and equipment of the 2CRP.

THE LABORATORIES OF THE PARIS CAMPUS
The ENSAM laboratories, located in Paris and on the School's other campuses, are an essential resource for supporting the R&D of incubated projects.
The incubator hosts deep tech projects originating in laboratories.
- DYNFLUID – FLUID DYNAMICS
- IBHGC – GEORGES CHARPAK INSTITUTE OF HUMAN BIOMECHANICS
- LCPI – PRODUCT DESIGN AND INNOVATION LABORATORY
- LIFSE – FLUID AND ENERGY SYSTEMS ENGINEERING LABORATORY
- PIMM – LABORATORY FOR PROCESSES AND ENGINEERING IN MECHANICAL ENGINEERING AND MATERIALS
APPLICATION PROCESS
Selection criteria:
Alignment with the incubator's thematic focus: industrial, innovative, and sustainable projects.
Adequacy with the expected level of maturity: initial technical trials, initial market studies, business plan, 3-year projections.
- Send your application to: incubateur@ensam.eu
- Project summary
- Business plan
- 3-year business projections
- Team members
- If the thematic focus and level of maturity are suitable, you will be contacted for an initial interview.
- If the project is approved, you will move on to the incubation committee.
