Gender-based and sexual violence, harassment, and discrimination cannot be tolerated. Arts et Métiers adopted an action plan to combat discrimination and gender-based and sexual violence, based on four pillars: Inform, Protect, Empower, Commit.

In this context, a reporting system has been set up, along with support for users and staff and a training and awareness plan.

How reporting and follow-up work

As part of its measures to prevent and combat gender-based and sexual violence, psychological and sexual harassment, and discrimination, Arts et Métiers victims and witnesses with a form to file a report.

Accessible from a computer, smartphone, or tablet, the form can be completed by anyone studying or working at Arts et Métiers, even if they are primarily affiliated with another organization.

Reports can remain anonymous. If you give your name, reports will in all cases be treated confidentially by the people in charge of listening (see below). Please note that anonymity means we will not be able to contact you again and therefore will not be able to provide you with support if you request it.

All inquiries will receive an initial response as quickly as possible and within a maximum of eight business days. In the event of a report, a small listening group will be formed, bringing together staff members related to the situation described (subject matter experts, campus representatives).  The purpose of this team will be to listen to and guide the person, provide an indicative opinion on the action to be taken, and support the person in any steps they may need to take. This team has no disciplinary function and cannot impose sanctions.  If it is deemed that the situation presented requires disciplinary action, your contact person will guide and assist you in the necessary steps.

The listening and reporting unit will carry out all procedures within a reasonable time frame, in complete confidentiality and transparency with the person who made the report, in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of its organizational regulations.
