The Bachelor of Science and Engineering (BSI) Arts et Métiers, accredited by the Commission des Titres d’Ingénieur (CTI), aims to train versatile, skilled, and innovative professionals for careers in industry. This three-year program, open to students with a STI2D high school diploma, leads to a Bachelor's Degree in Science and Engineering, specializing in Mechanical Engineering and Production, and confers a bachelor's degree.

The unique feature of this program is its focus on technological projects, which form the core of the learning process. Students acquire a foundation of technical skills in product, process, and energy engineering, with a particular emphasis on environmental transition issues. In their third year, a professional training contract reinforces their immersion in the business world, facilitating their integration into the job market. Taught on the Bordeaux-Talence and Châlons-en-Champagne campuses, this program combines academic excellence with close ties to industry, in line with the values and expertise ofArts et Métiers.

Designed to meet the expectations of professional sectors, the Bachelor's degree in Science and Engineering Arts et Métiers one ambition: to train innovation leaders for the industry of tomorrow. Throughout their studies, students benefit from constant interaction with the business world through work-study programs, internships, professional training contracts, site visits, industrial conferences, and more.

The bachelor's degree programs' areas of expertise correspond to specific regional industries.

Active and progressive, the teaching approach focuses on acquiring technological knowledge and developing skills. Throughout the first year, the teaching team supports students in developing their career plans. Students also benefit from mentoring by engineering students. The following two years, focused on immersion in the business world, allow students to develop their skills in product, process, and energy engineering.

This bachelor's degree is currently offered at two campuses:Bordeaux-Talence and Châlons-en-Champagne. Each campus has areas of expertise that correspond to specific regional industries, which are reflected in the course content.

The Bachelor's degree in Science and Engineering Arts et Métiers primarily Arts et Métiers direct entry into the workforce. It provides all the skills expected by industry and allows graduates to move straight into middle management positions, such as production unit manager or maintenance team manager.

With a bachelor's degree, graduates can also, if they wish, apply for master's level programs or engineering schools, in particular the Arts et Métiers engineering program Arts et Métiers a specific competitive exam.

HESAM 2030 – Let's build our careers! These are two new diplomas at the Bac+1 and Bac+3 levels, designed for vocational high school graduates and open to everyone, everywhere, and throughout their lives. These programs serve a dual purpose. They prepare students for direct entry into the workforce and also allow them to continue their studies after completing the program.

They innovate through their teaching methods (active, individualized, project-based learning, enabling the acquisition of skills aimed at employment), through the fact that learners are active participants in the training, and through partnerships between training institutions and the world of work.

The Bachelor's Program in Science and Engineering is primarily a practical program and therefore requires attendance in order to fully participate in practical work and project activities. High-level athletes and artists may request adjustments to the program in order to spread the training over more than three years, allowing them to continue their commitment to their sport or art. These adjustments will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis with the program director at the beginning of the academic year.
