Arts et Métiers created an observatory to better manage the processing of its public data.Arts et Métiers Data ObservatoryArts et Métiers , harmonizes, and publishes data each year on student enrollment, professional integration, social reports, and activity reports in order to inform the school's management, meet CTI requirements, and provide information to the public.
The creation of theArts et Métiers Data ObservatoryArts et Métiers to a clearly identified strategic need: although the institution has numerous internal sources of information, until now it lacked a structured tool for coordinating the collection, consolidation, and analysis of this data. The Observatory was therefore designed as a centralized, cross-functional system capable of bringing consistency to all the information produced.
It has two objectives:
- Provide a centralized, accessible, and reliable space for consulting key data relating to the institution.
- Produce and maintain dynamic dashboards that facilitate performance evaluation, strategic indicator monitoring, and decision support for various steering bodies.
Reporting to senior management, this entity is headed by Chief of Staff Amaëlle Mayer. It draws on the expertise of data analyst Alexandrine Jamin, who is responsible for analyzing and promoting the use of indicators.
The Observatory provides key figures, consolidated statistics, and thematic analyses that provide a better understanding of developments within the Arts et Métiers community Arts et Métiers support the institution's governance, communication, and transformation initiatives.
