Graduate Program
Opening up to all industrial and technological sectors
The challenges of the industry of the future require pragmatic engineers who combine technological knowledge, a sense of innovation, and team spirit. The Arts et Métiers Grande École Program meets these needs by offering students a wide variety of study paths.
What is the hallmark of Arts et Métiers engineers Arts et Métiers " The companies appreciate their multidisciplinary vision, their pragmatic approach, their technical and behavioral skills, and their human values," says Xavier Dufresne, director of initial training atArts et Métiers. The three-year program aims to help students acquire or strengthen these skills. "Each campus tailors the curriculum to its regional issues," adds Xavier Dufresne, who also highlights another strength of the school: drawing onArts et Métiers research activitiesArts et Métiers provide training in the technologies of the future.
Regular immersion in the workplace
An essential complement to teaching is involvement in community life: it contributes to the development of project management skills. "Engineering students are involved in organizing events, such as the careers forum ," says Xavier Dufresne. This experience is beneficial for future professionals who, as managers of large-scale projects, will be called upon to coordinate multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
Professionalization and international exposure are at the heart of the program. The three years of study are punctuated by periods spent in companies: a four-week internship in the first year, an optional industrial internship in the second year, and finally a six-month end-of-studies internship, which provides an opportunity to apply all the skills acquired to lead an industrial project or solve a technological problem. International experience , which is becoming increasingly important in business and engineering careers, is offered in the form of a two-month to two-year internship or academic stay. Among all the international programs, students can enroll in a French-German double degree from the first year.
