Ganna Polishko holds a PhD in engineering sciences from the E.O. Paton Electric Welding Institute of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, where she is responsible for the institute's international collaboration. During her stay in France, she is sharing her experience and expertise in metallurgy and materials production as a visiting professor at the I2M laboratory.

Since 2019, engineering students in Bordeaux, in partnership with the CFAI in Bruges, have been taking turns to keep the Kümetun association going.

In 2022, Arts et Métiers a Sustainable Development and Social Responsibility (SD&SR) plan for 2023-2027. Among the actions carried out and projects planned for 2025 are the implementation of a digital plan, training in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) for teachers, and energy efficiency improvements on campuses. Actions promoting diversity, inclusion, and equality are also being strengthened.
