A wide range of commercial offers tailored to the industry

The services are structured around the training courses offered at Arts et Métiers. More specifically, AMJE's offering is centered around three distinct business units, built around the school's wide range of expertise.

•  R&D and prototyping are at the heart of a Gadzart's skills. To meet customer expectations, the design can be mechanical, electrical, or software-based. For example, a consultant from AMJE Bordeaux designed and dimensioned a cam path for a double-layer drug manufacturing machine. He worked for six months on CAD, CAM, and machining before delivering the finished parts.
   
• Support for project creation and business development are also key areas of focus for AMJE, whose members are well versed in project organization tools thanks to their technological background. Students at the Lille campus, for example, worked on benchmarking best practices in innovation workshops in order to advise Alstom on how to optimize its center of excellence.
   
• With the revolution towards Industry 4.0 and the rise of environmental awareness, performance, quality, agility, and eco-responsibility are key themes in the transitions initiated by many companies. AMJE Paris has conducted an energy audit of three VINCI Facilities sites. The organization took the work a step further by offering companies recommendations backed by the opinions ofArts et Métiers faculty and researchers.

Toward nationwide unification 

Over the past four years, AMJE Paris has distinguished itself as a leading junior enterprise in the industry. With an exceptional turnover of €220,000 in 2023, strong partnerships with Dassault Systèmes and EY, among others, and a selection in the top six best Junior Enterprises in France, this organization has proven its efficiency and professionalism within the AMJE network. 

With the aim of benefiting our students throughout France, AMJE Paris launched an ambitious process two years ago to unify the various AMJE branches: the AMJE France project. This initiative has already borne fruit with the successful merger of the Angers and Metz branches.

Manon, director of the Metz branch in 2022/2023, shares her experience: 

"Joining AMJE Paris has been a real springboard for the Metz branch. Its members have been able to benefit from a wider range of resources, including exclusive Dassault licenses, enabling them to offer digital design projects to students at the Metz campus. In addition to its strategic dimension, the merger has allowed the Metz JE members to fully enjoy the Junior Enterprise experience. Conversely, AMJE Paris strengthened its presence in France, particularly in the Metz industrial basin, benefiting from new motivated and qualified members.
