A look back at the bulk forum in Cluny
This event took place on Thursday, March 23, 2023, from 1:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. on the Arts et Métiers campus Arts et Métiers Cluny and was led by a team of students. For this first edition, the forum focused on "bulk" consumption and, more broadly, on the issue of packaging and how to reduce, reuse, and recycle it.

Therence GUIONGO, engineering student and Vinci ambassador on the Lille campus
At the start of the academic year, Vinci, a partner of the Lille campus, launched a recruitment campaign to find ambassadors among engineering students. Therence GUIONGO and Thomas VRIELYNCK, both in their second year of the PGE program, were appointed ambassadors after going through various selection stages.

Student involvement in Campus 4.0 and the Evolutive Learning Factories the Lille campus
As part of the Lille campus's growth towards a Campus 4.0 and the integration of Evolutive Learning Factories educational projects, two groups of students are carrying out theirsecond-year PGE project on decision support and workshop management optimization issues using digital twins.
Arts et Métiers Engineer Arts et Métiers Specialization in Mechanical Engineering and Mechatronics: Design of mechatronic products
Arts et Métiers a training program in Saint Etienne, in partnership with ISTP, aimed at training high-level executives capable of managing complex projects focused on the design of mechanical and mechatronic products and equipment.
The program is therefore open to all industrial sectors: transportation, healthcare, agri-food, energy, etc. It is fully in line with the Industry 4.0 perspective. The program lasts three years and includes scientific, technological, and managerial modules. Like all engineering programs, it includes international mobility to prepare you for your engineering career.
Becoming a specialist engineer means choosing a work-study program. It also means developing your scientific and technological skills at the heart of companies, in direct contact with current industrial concerns. ChoosingArts et Métiers partnership with ISTP means choosing a first-rate educational environment. All of this guarantees you the best employability as an engineer.
Training content
40% at school and 60% in a company (time spent in a company increasing during studies)
1st and 2nd year
Progressive upgrading and development of skills each semester.
- Engineering professions: Expression of needs, specifications and requirements, mechanical systems, measurement and actuation systems, integration, development, installation, and maintenance.
- Engineering sciences: Mathematics and computer science, methods and tools for mechanics, methods and tools for control systems, physics for engineers.
- Organizational and Human Resource Management: Management methodology, business management methodology.
- Communication and languages: Intercultural communication, relational methodology, modern languages.
third year
- Consolidation of knowledge through the final project and interdisciplinary projects
- Mandatory international work experience (minimum 12 weeks) and introduction to research
Prerequisites
Training is available through apprenticeships or continuing education.
- Hold a DUT, BTS, or L3 degree, or have completed preparatory classes (CPGE, CUPGE, ATS).
- Be accepted by the jury after review of the application and interview
- For a continuing education program: Obtain your employer's approval for your involvement in engineering training and for them to cover the costs.
- For an apprenticeship program:
- Meet the conditions for access to an apprenticeship contract
- Sign an apprenticeship contract with a company within the specified time frame

Regional final of the Engineering Science Olympiad of the Aix-Marseille Academy
On May 11, the Arts et Métiers campus Arts et Métiers will host the academic final of the Engineering Science Olympiad organized by theUPSTI (Union of Industrial Science and Technology Teachers).
More than 100 high school students from the Aix-Marseille academy, divided into 30 teams, will present their prototypes for innovative and functional inventions.
