On September 13 and 17, the Arts et Métiers campus Arts et Métiers Paris had the honor of welcoming a delegation from the Tokyo Institute of Technology.

During their studies, engineering students, Master's students , and doctoral studentsArts et Métiers challenges: competitions, awards, and contests. And often, this opens doors for them. A review of the first half of 2018 with the winners on the Cluny campus and atthe Institut Image.  

This year has been rich in competitions and prizes won by our students, whether it be the Entrepreneuriales de Bourgogne (see article in the latest Campus Newsletter) or thepublic speaking competition. Focus on the prizes awarded on June 2 during the graduation ceremony. 

The Master's Degree in Interactive 3D Technology Management is organizinga second recruitment session. The program offers two tracks:Virtual and Innovation Engineering (IVI) at the Laval Institute andDigital Engineering atthe Image Institute in Chalon-sur-Saône.

Fabien Viprey and Lamice Denguir received the First Prize for Thesis and the Scientific Prize, respectively, on June 7 during the gala dinner of the MUGV 2018 at the Arts et Métiers campus Arts et Métiers Bordeaux.

The Zazous Vélos are two engineering students who, starting on September 10, will travel nearly 1,200 km to connect Saint-Nazaire to La Ciotat. The goal of this journey? To support the Premiers de Cordées association!

From August 26 to September 1, 2018, Arts et Métiers 20 international students representing 11 different nationalities to spend a week learning about French lifestyle and culture. These students are enrolled at two institutions, Arts et Métiers the Paris Institute of Optics , starting in the fall of 2018. During their stay in Cluny, they will be staying with host families for total immersion.

Charlotte Chan, an engineering student Arts et Métiers, is completing her third year of study at KTH in Sweden.

Kevin Kuadjovi, an Arts et Métiers engineer Arts et Métiers Bo 207), recently won the French heavyweight boxing championship title for the third time.

On July 3 and 4, the Carnot ARTS Institute held its annual seminar on the Arts et Métiers campuses Arts et Métiers Bordeaux-Talence and at the University of Bordeaux. This event is an important one in the life of the institute, as it brings together key players from across the region and provides an opportunity for discussion and feedback on technological innovations at the heart of industry.

Arts et Métiers engineering students, all under the age of 20, are embarking on a major humanitarian mission: to build a school in Nepal, a country devastated by a series of earthquakes in 2015.
