The Specialized Engineering Program, which is a work-study program, is based on a close relationship between a student, a company, and Arts et Métiers. Mathieu Laurent, a third-year student in the Industrial Equipment Design and Operation program at the Metz campus, is an apprentice engineer at the SNCF's Technicentre Grand Est. He answered a few questions alongside Bernard Ham, his company mentor and Director of Delegated Operations at the SNCF.

Driss El Khoukhi, PhD engineer at the LAMPA laboratory on the Arts et métiers campus Arts et métiers , looks back on his career and his experience as a PhD student in a CIFRE (Industrial Agreements for Training through Research) program at PSA. This type of contract allows a company to hire a doctoral student and advance research projects in collaboration with a laboratory. He tells us about his daily life, dividing his time between his professional life and the laboratory.

On November 16, Nicolas Candelier, a recent graduate Arts et Métiers, won first prize in Eurovia's challenge for the best final-year projects. The challenge recognizes the expertise and innovative abilities of engineering students completing their final-year internships at Eurovia.
