First woman to head an Arts et Métiers campus, Catherine Davy has took over as director of the in Angers and the Laval Institute on January 1September September 2022. This marks a new commitment for this female engineer specializing in , aa member of mechanics,mechanics, and a doctor of mmechanics of mmaterials and pprofessor of uuniversities.

On Tuesday, October 18, the Arts et Métiers campus Arts et Métiers Lille hosted the sixth edition of the "Internship Forum," attended by 13 corporate sponsors and partners of the school: Alstom, ArcelorMittal, EDF Hauts-de-France, Hermès, Kaizen Institute Western Europe, L'Oréal, MC2i, MOV'NTEC, Savencia, Schlumberger, Schneider Electric, Veolia, and VINCI Energies.

Some anniversaries are worth celebrating! This is certainly true of the first anniversary of the Chair in Industrial Management Training at the Arts et Métiers campus Arts et Métiers Lille.

This year, of the 78 third-year students in the Grande Ecole Engineering Programme the Lille campus, 15 are pursuing their specialization through a professional training contract. Samuel and Edouard, two third-year students from the Arts et Métiers campus Arts et Métiers Châlons-en-Champagne, didn't go there just for the tea, but also to earn their dual degree atthe University of Bristol.

On October 18, Arts et Métiers Universiti Teknologi Petronas (UTP) launched the Franco-Malaysian Institute for the Industry of the Future. This strategic partnership marks the institution's desire to develop its relations with Southeast Asia.

On Thursday, October 6, the Lille campus hosted the Lille Mechanics Federation Science Day. This event was co-organized by the Arts et Métiers Lille campus in partnership with the University of Lille, Centrale Lille, ENSAIT Roubaix, ONERA Lille, CNRS, and IMT Nord Europe.

Outside of class, Quentin, a third-year student in the Grande École Program, Programon the Lille campus (currently pursuing a dual degree with Georgia Tech), volunteers for an association called the CMCF Centre de la Mine et du Chemin de Fer de Oignies (62). The goal of this association of enthusiasts? To restore and restart the extraction machine in pit 2, located in the Denis-Papin center in Oignies and classified as a historic monument. 

This association also builds model railways of all scales and restores railway equipment from northern France.
