The Industry of the Future Alliance, of which Arts et Métiers a founding member, announced at a press conference on September 6 the launch of the first edition of Agora Industrie on the theme " People at the heart of the industry of the future ": a new platform for discussion on skills in industry.

By creating the conditions for a "dialogue of the future," the ambitions of this unique forum are above all to bring forth a vision of the industrial enterprise of the future as imagined by its employees, entrepreneurs, and young people, and to strengthen the ties between the worlds of education and work.

All stakeholders concerned* by the place of people at the heart of the Industry of the Future will participate in the debates.

Following this consultation, at a major forum held on December 12 at the Mutualité Française, the AIF will incorporate the conclusions into its own roadmap so that the first initiatives can be implemented quickly.

Because the future of industry is shaped by everyone's participation, the Alliance Industrie du Futur is launching Agora Industrie, a citizen platform for sharing with civil society. Every French citizen is invited to contribute by sharing their thoughts, reacting, and voting on the platform www.agora-industrie.fr.

* This first edition is being conducted in collaboration with the Cercle de l’Industrie, the Conseil National de l’Industrie, the Groupe des Fédérations Industrielles, and the Commission Nationale des Services.
