Arts et Métiers to training the engineers of tomorrow to meet the innovation needs of industry. It is within this framework that various collaboration programs with corporate sponsors have been implemented. Here's a closer look.

Sponsorship: special support for businesses at the heart of the campus

The Aix-en-Provence campus and its partners share common ambitions to meet the new challenges of Industry 4.0.
Opportunities for sponsors to:

  • improve their visibility among students
  • promote their image and model among students (organizing events such as business lunches, recruitment forums, site visits, and construction site tours)
  • to participate in the development of innovative training courses with high technological potential, meeting their current and future needs (ongoing interventions, conferences, hosting students on apprenticeship and professional training contracts)
  • supporting students in their professional projects (internships, post-graduation recruitment, entrepreneurship, PEIT, APE)
  • to promote students with projects ( JITCAM-type business game)
  • to support the transformation of the campus into a leading technology site

Tailor-made for the campus's five major sponsors

For more than three years, these sponsorship initiatives have been rolled out across the campus. They follow on from national agreements implemented on campus, with the aim of strengthening the close relationship between these five key industry players and the campus in the long term.

The campus thus benefits from the support of:

  • Assystem (specialist in major projects in the fields of energy, healthcare, and transportation) participates in business lunches, recruitment forums, and JITCAM.

" Sponsorship is a way of getting closer to future graduates in order to build a lasting and healthy relationship with them,"explains Jérémie Hallier, recruitment manager.By helping us understand their current and future employment needs, we ensure that our opportunities match their career aspirations. It's therefore a relationship that aims to be mutually beneficial."

  • Colas (world leader in the construction, maintenance, and upkeep of transportation infrastructure) participates in business lunches and recruitment forums, and organizes site visits.

  • EDF (world leader in low-carbon energy) is providing an engineer as part of a skills sponsorship to lead the entrepreneurship initiative on campus (PEIT, JITCAM business game) and develop the mediastiAM partnership space. EDF also participates in business lunches and recruitment forums.

Jean-Paul Romet, Employment/HR & CSR Delegate adds , "This skills sponsorship has strengthened relationships and led to the development of numerous initiatives with the campus through the implementation of the Electrical Engineering apprenticeship program and the development of the entrepreneurship program on campus."

  • Eurovia (one of the world's leading players in the construction and maintenance of transport infrastructure and urban development, as well as a major player in the production and industrial recycling of materials) participates in business lunches, recruitment forums, JITCAM, and organizes site visits.

Nadège Garoutte, recruitment officer, says , "As part of our development, we recruit many young engineers with 'technical' profiles. But beyond degrees and skills, we recruit personalities above all else! People with an entrepreneurial spirit that fits in with our business and our corporate culture based on autonomy and responsibility. Before concluding, she adds, "We are convinced that Gadz'Arts students have the spirit we are looking for!"

  • VINCI Energies (a leader in the deployment of new technologies related to digital transformation and energy transition in businesses) organizes challenges and site visits, and participates in business lunches, recruitment forums, and JITCAM.

"Sponsorship meets a requirement for social commitment, in line with the VINCI Group's 'Manifesto', by contributing to local development and maintaining a strong link between training organizations and economic players in the region," explain Alina Fenghea, HR Development Manager, and Frédéric Petitbois, Director of Infras Méditerranée. Today, we try to be present through regular events at all stages, from apprenticeships to recruitment. Over time, we have been able to build a relationship of trust."
