70 coaches, business leaders, startup founders, and executives from major corporations, along with 150 students divided into teams of five, will come together for the second edition of JITCAM, a business game organized by the Arts et Métiers campus Arts et Métiers .
This competition, organized in conjunction with the Junior Enterprise, aims to raise awareness of entrepreneurship among students on campus. One of the unique features of JITCAM is that it draws on a network of professionals to enhance the quality of the projects.
It is part of one of the school's training project priorities: promoting and developing the essential entrepreneurial skills of engineers for the industry of the future.
JITCAM is therefore part of the academic curriculum and is compulsory for first-year students. Teams that wish to do so will be incubated during their three years of study on the project that emerged during the weekend
