Despite the difficult circumstances, the External Relations Department at the Aix-en-Provence campus organized the second edition of its recruitment forum, dedicated to finding internships, professional training contracts, and first jobs, entirely online.
Nineteen companies responded to its call.
A real opportunity to identify talented individuals who will join companies in the region
The forum took place from November 18 to November 21.
Created to enable companies to meet our engineering students, this forum is the ideal opportunity to exchange ideas and identify the talent that will join companies tomorrow. It is also an opportunity for the School's sponsors and partners to promote their activities and career opportunities . Marion Robert, Head of External Relations at the Aix-en-Provence campus and organizer of the event.
Encourage interactions and privileged exchanges in complete freedom
- Student side
The Business Showroom was open from day one, in the form of virtual booths for the 150 participating students, allowing them to gather as much information as possible (presentations, corporate videos) about the companies and apply for the positions that interested them.
They were able to participate in the highlight of the forum on Thursday, November 19. During this day, students attended live presentations by all the companies. They were invited to 33 round tables to encourage direct exchanges and discover their professions and opportunities.
- On the corporate side
They were given the opportunity to select the best candidates according to their criteria and conduct online interviews with their favorite profiles.
As a bonus, all of them have access to the student CV database so that they can continue to offer them post-forum appointments.
Companies had the opportunity to meet a wide variety of profiles. Eight different student cohorts were invited to this forum. For students, it was a real opportunity to expand their professional network! Marjorie Antoine, Head of Corporate Relations
Thank you to the partner companies that agreed to participate in this new forum format.
