The VTE, a support program for microbusinesses, SMEs, and mid-sized companies that take on students or recent graduates

The VTE program allows microbusinesses, SMEs, and mid-sized companies that hire students on work-study programs, professional training contracts (starting from two years of post-secondary education), or recent graduates on fixed-term or permanent contracts of at least one year in positions of responsibility to:

  • to benefit from a label recognized by the government,
  • access a free and easy-to-use recruitment platform,
  • to receive assistance in rewriting job applications and referrals from APEC and its partners,
  • to have access to a stream of qualified and motivated candidates,
  • enhance the employer brand (visibility through communication initiatives carried out by Bpifrance/VTE),
  • to participate in VTE and Bpifrance events.

In addition to these benefits, you may be eligible for a subsidy of €4,000 if your business is located in an industrial area.
