Thibaut Louvet, an engineering student Arts et Métiers, and Jean de Boisredon, from Centrale-Supélec, are revolutionizing coffee: they have invented the first reusable coffee capsule refill device. Simple, economical, and eco-friendly!

"Deep down, we all want to be eco-friendly, but it has to be easy." Based on this observation, Thibaut and Jean came up with Caps Me, a product that allows coffee capsules to be refilled. "Of all our ideas, Jean and I chose to work on coffee capsules. We conducted market research and made several prototypes before arriving at the Caps Me product."

After completing a preparatory class for the Grandes Ecoles PTSI-PT at the Lycée Sainte Geneviève in Versailles, Thibaut Louvet enrolled at Arts et Métiers Lille with a strong desire to become an entrepreneur. He then enrolled in the Entrepreneurship and Technological Innovation Program offered by Arts et Métiers provided him with support for his entrepreneurial project.

The Arts et Métiers program Arts et Métiers a comprehensive overview of product design, enabling students to understand the terminology used when communicating with a design office, for example.

After a year of work, the first prototype is up and running, and pre-orders will be available by the end of the year. The two engineers focused on making the product easy to use and high quality by working with a barista, so they can offer coffee that's good for consumers and the planet!
