As part of Industry Week, Arts et Métiers invites Arts et Métiers to visit the Global Industrie trade show from March 27 to 30, 2018.
Global Industrie is the French industrial trade show, resulting from the merger of four trade shows: Midest, Smart Industries, Industrie, and Tolexpo. More than 50,000 visitors are expected, so come and meet Arts et Métiers the show.
Regional partnerships in the spotlight
Arts et Métiers its range of training courses, research and partnerships at the stands of several of its partners. As a key player in the region, Arts et Métiers present throughout the exhibition at the Hauts-de-France Region stand. According to Stéphane Clenet, director of the Arts et Métiers campus Arts et Métiers Lille,"Arts et Métiers a key player in the region. R&D presented at the Institut Carnot Arts stand
Deeply involved in issues related to the industry of the future, the Carnot ARTS Institute (Actions de Recherche pour la Technologie et la Société – iC ARTS) positions itself as an essential ally for the performance and technological ambitions of companies wishing to commit to a new industrial model. Several campuses will present their activities at this stand throughout the show.
Engineering students visiting the trade show
Several dozen engineering students will also take advantage of the trade show to develop their industrial culture, as Nicolas Repecaud, a Arts et Métiers engineering student at the Arts et Métiers campus Arts et Métiers , explains: "The organization of this trip meets one of our main objectives, which is to develop the industrial culture of the school's students, which goes hand in hand with our school's positioning as a player in the industry. This is one of the most important trade shows on the theme of industry, which is why 37 students from the Arts et Métiers campus Arts et Métiers will be making the trip."
