The appeal of the MS lies in the expertise it provides inoperational excellence. With this training, Carine has acquired skills in Lean and supply chain management, which are essential for working in industry.

"Training in Lean at the same time as supply chain management is a major asset for the training program. It allows us to gain a deeper understanding of the very essence of continuous improvement in industry," says Carine.

As a process engineer, Carine now has all the skills she needs to stand out professionally.
"Acquiring a solid foundation in operational excellence and supply chain management has strengthened my profile as a process engineer and allows me to differentiate myself in the job market," adds Carine.

Training rooted in industrial challenges

Industry professionals are involved in the educational program. They teach classes, discuss practical cases with students, and share their experiences in the field.

Carine Pinto naturally chose this MS program for the quality of its training, but also for its reputation and its involvement in the industrial sector. The MS program has a large network of partner companies.

"I had the opportunity to do a very comprehensive internship with the L'Oréal group, focusing on thecontinuous improvementof industrial processes and production. I set up a new digital packaging line with the goal of achieving zero paper. I also developed first-level digital maintenance software, which was then rolled out across the entire factory. And I was able to contribute to reducing the loss of bottle labels."

The challenge of teamwork

Very different profiles converge in this program. This diversity is what makes it so rich. "I was able to interact with students from different backgrounds, with different personalities and working methods, " says Carine.
