Ronald Joseph is currently a first-year engineering student at the Châlons-en-Champagne campus. For his first assignment as the new Business Relations Manager, Ronald, accompanied by his classmates, attended the 52nd International Paris Air Show in Le Bourget. According to Estelle Bernast-Derouillat, Head of the Business and External Relations Office, " Ronald has taken his role as Business Relations Manager very seriously and in a highly professional manner; he is a driving force ."

On June 26, Ronald and his classmates attended the Paris Air Show. The engineering students took the opportunity to learn about the aeronautics sector as well as the space industry. " We met and talked with professionals about various technological issues [...] We made some valuable contacts for our second-year internships, " Ronald reports.

According to the student, participating in events such as the Paris Air Show is one of the RE's fundamental missions. Since arriving at the School, Ronald has always wanted to hold a position of responsibility: "Becoming an RE is above all an opportunity to promote the School to companies. " The RE is indeed a privileged intermediary between students, the administration, and companies. He works closely with the head of the campus's Corporate Relations Office.

As a true ambassador for the School, the RE must also be able to encourage students to participate in professional events such as entrepreneurship competitions or career conferences. According to Ronald, there is real educational work to be done with students: " I have to explain to my classmates how Corporate Relations are a significant advantage for our future careers. " The student has high expectations for his role. It will enable him to adopt a more professional approach and find his path: " Being an RE will give me the opportunity to meet a multitude of companies and, as a result, learn about different sectors of activity."

Proud to represent his school outside the campus, Ronald tells us that being accepted into Arts et Métiers a symbol of his success.
