The incubator relies on ESF+ funding to develop its activities and improve the support it provides to its incubated start-ups.

"Our ambition is to promote the creation and success of innovative companies in the industrial sector that are capable of offering solutions to the new challenges of sustainable and responsible industry," explains Marie Brandewinder, director of the Arts et Métiers incubator Arts et Métiers Paris Arts et Métiers , about the INCube-D project.
The project has several objectives: to amplify the incubator's action, improve the sourcing of projects from Arts et Métiers students, and work to disseminate best practices in support.

In 2024, the INCube-D project received funding from the ESF+ (European Social Fund), co-financed by the European Union and the Ile-de-France region. The incubator can thus carry out several actions both to develop project sourcing and to improve support for incubated start-ups.

Present at Global Industrie

At the end of 2024, the incubator took part in the Paris de l'Innovation event, co-organized by the City of Paris and Paris&Co, the innovation agency for Paris and the metropolitan area. " It was an opportunity to meet around twenty project leaders, " explains Corinne Raclin. " We are in discussions with some of them about joining the incubator. "

In 2024, the incubator was also present at both editions of Incubators Day organized by CCI Paris Ile-de-France.

In 2025, the incubator participated in the Arts et Métiers stand Arts et Métiers Global Industrie, " the business meeting place for those who shape the industry of today and tomorrow," and will have its own stand at Viva Tech, a trade show dedicated to the world of technology and innovation organized by Publicis Groupe and Les Échos.

The incubator is also strengthening its communication with Arts et Métiers students and doctoral candidates.

" We participated in the Arts et Métiers Forum Arts et Métiers some of our start-ups to present our student support program, " explains Corinne Raclin. "We also organize a 'pitch your project' workshop with our incubatees in front of a jury for CREDA students as part of an entrepreneurship awareness program."

Enhanced support

The incubator is also using this funding to enhance the support it provides to its incubatees by bringing in new experts. For example, following contacts made during the Le Paris de l'Innovation event, presentations are planned by a firm specializing in innovation financing, an expert in human resources specific to start-ups, and a representative from the Banque de France who will present the tools available for their development.
In addition, to improve the support provided, the incubator team is undergoing training in business creation.

The INCube-D project also plans to strengthen ties with the incubator's alumni by providing support for 36 months after they launch their start-ups. Feedback sessions and even mentoring from highly successful companies such as Omni, Zozio, CWS, Beautigloo, and Geosophy have already been scheduled or will be scheduled in 2025.
