AMJE Cluny (Arts et Métiers Etudes Cluny) is an economic association that enables students at the Arts et Métiers campus Arts et Métiers Cluny to apply the knowledge they have learned in class. For companies, it is a way to have engineering studies carried out at competitive rates.

Building on the success of its first project, Fluxea Group has once again called on the AMJE teams in Cluny for two projects involving the translation of technical documents into Romanian and Polish. Fluxea produces technical automotive documents and methods for European mechanics. These documents are translated into nine different languages, including French. When a language is not mastered, they call on external service providers, including AMJE Cluny. The first translation, carried out by Ola Smolinska, a arts et Métiers engineering student arts et Métiers , impressed Fluxea Group and its clients.

The quality of the translations is equivalent to that of professional translation companies.

A look back at the project with Ola Smolinska, a first-year engineering student at the Arts et Métiers campus Arts et Métiers Cluny.

Ola spent two to three hours a day working on this project. Her level of English helped her, as she sometimes knew the English translation better than the French one. Ola was able to organize her work schedule as she wished so as not to disrupt her general engineering studiesArts et Métiers. She took care to cross-reference her sources to obtain the best possible translation.

I'm improving my English, French, and even Polish! All of this is helping me build up the technical vocabulary I need for my engineering studies. Ola
