A look back at the annual careers and internships forum at the Arts et Métiers campus Arts et Métiers Lille, a must-attend event that brings together students and partner companies every year to discuss issues relating to professional integration, career paths, and internship opportunities!

On Saturday, October 11, the Arts et Métiers campus Arts et Métiers Lille buzzed with student entrepreneurship as it hosted the Regional Autumn Congress of Junior Enterprises of the North, organized by AMJE Lille. Nearly 75 committed young people from 15 organizations came together to exchange ideas, learn, and build the future of the Junior Enterprise movement.

Flavian, an apprentice in the Electrical Engineering Program, specializing in Energy Flow, has just entered his third year.

His training is distinguished by a particularly structured work-study program, with 40% of his time spent in school and 60% in a company, including 12 weeks abroad, and a project-based teaching approach that is strongly rooted in the industrial world. This structure makes his work-study program more focused and highly professional.

He shares with us his experience of international mobility in Indonesia, which is essential for obtaining his degree.

For the first time, Arts et Métiers a specific report on its initiatives in the area of Social and Environmental Responsibility. 

The LIFSE (Laboratory of Engineering, Training, and Energy Systems) will be present at the Musée des Arts et Métiers Science Night on October 3, 2025, to present its research activities and innovations to the general public. The laboratory, which specializes in engineering applied to health and sustainable mobility, will particularly highlight its work on the ECOLOCAR project, funded by ADEME. 

On October 10 and 11, the Arts et Métiers campus Arts et Métiers Lille will host a major event for the Junior Enterprise network: the Regional Autumn Congress (CRA) for the Nord-Pas-de-Calais region. This event is entirely organized by AMJE Lille, the campus's Junior Enterprise, which is responsible for its design, logistics, coordination, and facilitation.

First-year students in the Grande École Program at the Arts et Métiers campus Arts et Métiers Cluny began their journey with a highlight: the Fresque du Climat, organized during the first week. The aim of this initiative is to help them understand climate-related challenges and reflect on their role as engineers in the ecological transition.

Lou Grimal, a teacher-researcher at the Chambéry Institute, often has to travel abroad. She is considering ways to limit the environmental impact of her trips.

Paul Kuffer is the winner of the 2025 Alban Tixier Prize, awarded by the Arts et Métiers Foundation and the Wood teaching team. This distinction recognizes his final-year project, carried out in close collaboration with the industrial world.

At the start of the 2025-2026 academic year, the Arts et Métiers campus Arts et Métiers Bordeaux-Talence will be fully committed to the energy transition with the launch of the EMIX project. A true demonstration of the energy mix, this structuring project embodies the campus's ambition to train the engineers of tomorrow and actively contribute to a more sustainable industry.
