After serving as deputy technical commander of an operational fleet, Jean-Daniel Giorgetti wanted to broaden his skills in the maintenance sector.
"I needed to gain perspective in order to apply for higher-level positions within the general staff," explains Jean-Daniel.

As an expert in aircraft maintenance, it was essential for him to acquire broader maintenance skills in order to advance his career. "I wanted to learn from best practices in the industrial world, while putting the experience I had already gained in my career into perspective."

An MS rooted in the industrial world

"The professional thesis fits perfectly with the theoretical training. I was able to discover the world of chemistry and compare maintenance management principles with the reality on the ground," explains Jean-Daniel.

Industrial partnerships are a real advantage. "The school's network offers the opportunity to complete a professional thesis in renowned companies."

A career goal achieved

"I am the head of the shipboard helicopters group within the Sea and Land Fleet. My responsibilities include providing technical and logistical support for these helicopters, as well as managing and setting up contracts with industrial service providers for the purchase of spare parts or overhaul and repair services."

The MS program opens doors to a variety of industrial sectors: chemicals, automotive, energy, sustainable development, etc. "This master's degree meets a real need for companies to respond to the economic challenges of maintenance."
