Student life

Students, cheerleaders, marching bands, business managers—all rallying around a unique sporting competition: the challenge of the world's top universities.

"More than 100 higher education institutions are participating in the event [...] 7,000 students on the day," says Mathieu Gabai, president of 4ventsgroup, the agency organizing the event.

Stéphane Diagana, the godfather

Under the patronage of renowned track and field champion Stéphane Diagana, the competition will take place on Saturday, June 10, 2017, at Charléty Stadium.
"These are wonderful, well-organized events that everyone enjoys participating in," said Diagana at the challenge's launch conference. "We try to innovate so that these events feature top-level athletes. Last year's relay race of legends was a wonderful surprise with Christine Arron, Muriel Hurtis, Ronald Pognon, and Christophe Lemaître."

Sports, celebrations, and recruitment

Students and managers compete against each other to win the events. The program includes athletics, soccer, wheelchair basketball, and more. Teams of athletes, supporters, mascots, marching bands, and cheerleaders represent their schools.

The challenge also includes a career forum with recruiters from leading companies in their sectors: Lagardère, Atos, BPCE, Generali, Renault, Nestlé, Disneyland, SNCF, and more. This is an opportunity for students to expand their professional network.
