ParolesArts et Métiers back with a new episode! In this ninth episode, join Christine OLLENDORFF as she discusses the topic "Opening up science at Arts et Métiers: a lever for innovation in research and training."

Students, faculty, staff, and alumni introduce you to the many facets of engineering sciences and the industrial world at the heart of tomorrow's challenges. In each episode, lasting around 20 minutes, a new guest speaker tackles a subject related to research, training, or a key theme linked to their work atArts et Métiers.

Accessing and using scientific data: yes, but how? This ninth podcast from ParolesArts et Métiers the processing of scientific information in relation to training, research, and innovation. Christine OLLENDORFF, Director of Scientific Information and Open Science at Arts et Métiers, explains the social impact of access to information—particularly with Open Science—and discusses the creation of contemporary learning methods in theArts et Métiers libraries. 

Christine Ollendorff is Director of Scientific Information and Open Science at Arts et Métiers.
After initially studying biochemistry at Paris-Saclay University, she trained in documentation atthe National Institute for Documentation Techniques. She joined Arts et Métiers 1993 as head of the Arts et Métiers campus library, then went on to complete a PhD at the Product Design and Innovation Laboratory (LCPI) entitled " Building a complex diagnosis of an academic library."
Christine Ollendorff is an elected member of the professional board of the Couperin consortium, an association of institutions that negotiates electronic documentation with publishers, where she headed the Open Science Working Group for several years.
