With ParolesArts et Métiers, we talk about industry, innovation, ecology, health, materials, and many other topics related to engineering sciences and Arts et Métiers. Everyone in the Arts et Métiers community—students, staff, and alumni—is invited to join in. In each episode, a new guest discusses a topic that is important to them in their daily work at Arts et Métiers. 

In this podcast, Augustin Gouez, president of theUnion des Elèves and athird-year engineering student at Arts et Métiers the Paris campus as part of the Grande Ecole Engineering Programme, will join us to discuss student engagement and a career as an Arts et Métiers engineer from the perspective of one of its students. 

From his first year of preparatory classes at Lycée Saint-Louis in Paris, Augustin Gouez began getting involved in student life. He continued this involvement at Arts et Métiers, particularly at the Arts et Métiers campus Arts et Métiers Bordeaux, where he began his studies by enrolling in the historicGrande Ecole Engineering Programme

Currently athird-year student at the Arts et Métiers campus Arts et Métiers Paris, he is specializing inProduct Development (PA7). He is also president of the Arts et Métiers Student Union (UE).
