The campus held its first PJT exhibition on Wednesday, May 13, in the collaborative workspace!
An initial selection phase for the PJTs had been carried out internally by school staff, leaving 15 still in the running to win the final!
Each student had a booth, and students from our campus and the Châlons University Institute of Technology walked around, asked questions, and then voted for their favorite PJT!
For the other two awards (jury and innovation), the campus students gave a 5-minute pitch to the juries, followed by 5 minutes of questions.
Here is the list of PJTs that were selected:
- Adaptive harness improvement
- E-compost, turning waste into electricity
- 3D printing: a new source of renewable energy
- Low-Tech
- Design and manufacture of a compartmentalized box for a climatic chamber
- Study of the cooling circuit and filtration system of the Cléon engine in the Renault 4
- Rebuilding a legend: the Delage V12
- Study and optimization of flow in the Delage V12 intake system
- Simulation of seismic phenomena
- Experimental and numerical study of fatigue damage in a welded joint
- Escape Game, everything you need to know about lean
- Virtual reality: the future of education?
- Food printing using FDM
- FANUC champagne server robot
- 3D design of a bicycle helmet
The goal of this event was to open up the campus to the outside world and showcase the students' work.
Congratulations to the three winning teams:
- The favorite award went to the PJT "e-compost: turning waste into electricity," as voted for by students at the Châlons University Institute of Technology and the campus.

- The jury prize was awarded to the PJT "escape game, everything you need to know about lean." The jury was composed of Giovanni Radille, campus director; Denis Mathéis, teacher at the Arts et Métiers campus Arts et Métiers Metz; Nadège Troussier, deputy director general for training; and Gabriel Francart, president of the Center's board.

- The innovation prize was won by the PJT "FDM food printer." The jury was composed of several campus sponsors: Safran, Vinci Energies, and HeidelbergCement France.

See you next year!
