The Arts et Métiers Forum Arts et Métiers the entire team look forward to welcoming you on October 20, 2026. The Parc Floral de Paris will be transformed into a large gathering space for nearly 4,000 engineering students and the companies shaping the industry of today and tomorrow. Organized since 1979 byArts et Métiers students, the Forum has grown over the years to become one of the largest engineering student forums in France.
A pool of talented individuals ready to join your teams
Arts et Métiers studentsArts et Métiers a unique quality: they know how to transition from the workshop to the design office without ever losing sight of industrial realities. Trained to understand as well as to design, they enter the workforce with a genuine commitment to projects, teamwork, and dedication.
At the heart of the Forum, you’ll meet students from the Grande École Program,Arts et Métiers historic engineering curriculum, renowned for the versatility and practical skills of its graduates. Mechanical engineering, energy, design, manufacturing, management, the green transition, robotics, and digital technology: their areas of expertise span the full range of industrial challenges facing us today and tomorrow. You’ll find the candidates you’re looking for, whether for internships, work-study programs, VIE placements, or entry-level positions.
An event designed to be a true recruitment experience
Last year, nearly 150 companies chose to work with them. This year, the team wanted to take things even further.
The Forum begins in advance with the Virtual Forum, which allows you to start engaging with students, generate interest in your company, and arrive on the day of the event with candidates who are already motivated.
On-site, you’ll have a dedicated space designed to welcome students and conduct your meetings in the best possible conditions. The team will also assist you in creating a custom booth that best reflects your brand identity.
The day then features several highlights:
- The Business Lunch is an event we’ve put a lot of thought into, because nothing beats a conversation over a meal when it comes to getting to know a future colleague or strategic partner.
- The Innovation Village, created especially for the occasion, showcases the entrepreneurial ecosystem and offers more established companies an ideal setting to identify innovative projects or forge new partnerships.
- The conferences and panel discussions, led by top executives and prominent figures—including ministers—who will share their perspectives and discuss major industrial challenges before an engaged audience.
Visibility well beyond October 20
Participating in the Forum is not just about attending for a single day. It also means being featured on social media, where you’ll be seen by current students and recent graduates. It means being included in communications with students, both leading up to and following the event. And above all, it means enjoying privileged access to the alumni network, which is present in virtually all major French industrial companies.
