Laurent Champaney, CEO ofArts et Métiers, and Hervé Adam, CEO of VINCI Energies France, signed a new three-year sponsorship agreement (2021-2024) on October 7, 2021, in Metz.

According to Laurent Champaney, Director GeneralArts et Métiers " Sponsorship is one of the ways we collaborate to meet the new challenges facing businesses and the institution. It allows us to diversify our sources of funding and support our students in their professional integration. Our close ties with businesses also contribute to the development of training programs rooted in technological and industrial realities, which is something we value greatly."

For VINCI Energies, its involvement withArts et Métiers to promote its business model to students. " Our engineers are accelerating our clients' energy transition and digital transformation, but they are also managers capable of entrepreneurship and commitment. Our values of trust, entrepreneurship, solidarity, autonomy, and responsibility are in line with thoseArts et Métiers," added Hervé Adam, CEO of VINCI Energies.

With the renewal of this partnership,Arts et Métiers students and apprenticesArts et Métiers continue to benefit from VINCI Energies' expertise in several sectors: industry, infrastructure, services, and information technology. VINCI Energies is committed to providing case studies on technical topics, continuing business lunches to meet its managers, continuing site visits, and offering numerous internships and work-study programs toArts et Métiers students. This renewal is also an opportunity to highlight VINCI Energies' ambition in terms of social and societal responsibility by promoting events focused on diversity and inclusion.

Since September 2018, when the first sponsorship agreement was signed, more than 90 initiatives have been carried out. The numerous events organized on Arts et Métiers campuses Arts et Métiers online, such as the escape game that brought together students from Metz, Lille, and Châlons-en-Champagne and VINCI Energies staff, have borne fruit. In total, more than 130 interns and 35Arts et Métiers incubators have joined VINCI Energies companies.

Arts et Métiers VINCI Energies also share the same approach to economic development, working closely with local communities. VINCI Energies has 800 sites in France, while Arts et Métiers eight campuses and three institutes. The geographical proximity of the two partners facilitates meetings and exchanges.
