On Thursday, April 1, Arts et Métiers the companies mc2i and Lenze Drive Systems signed an agreement to create a chair in industrial management during an online event. The signing was followed by a presentation by mc2i and Lenze Drive Systems to Arts et Métiers students Arts et Métiers a discussion.
THE INDUSTRIAL MANAGEMENT TRAINING CHAIR CLOSELY ALIGNED WITH INDUSTRY NEEDS
In order to remain closely attuned to the needs of businesses, Arts et Métiers, a socio-economic player serving local communities and industry, is launching its second training chair in Industrial Management. This training chair will be delivered in collaboration with Mc2i, a digital transformation consulting firm, and Lenze Drive Systems, a company that develops comprehensive motion control solutions.
The industrial management training chair has three objectives:
- Bringing together stakeholders around industrial management
- Stepping up training for students
- Strengthening the link between students and businesses

THE CHAIR will open in September 2021 on the Lille campus.
Designed entirely to meet the real needs of companies in terms of industrial management, the training program will be developed by theArts et Métiers teaching teamArts et Métiers experts from Lenze Drive Systems and mc2i. Nathalie Klement, a lecturer and researcher at LISPEN, is the Arts et Métiers academic director Arts et Métiers the training chair. Experts from mc2i and Lenze Drive Systems will be involved in certain modules, teaching students face-to-face. They will also suggest topics for study and participate in student assessment.
The industrial management training chair will open in September 2021. It will support the Industrial Management expertise, which was created in 2015 on the Lille campus.
