Paroles d’Arts Métiers welcomes Louis Jeannin, former studentArts et Métiers co-founder of the start-up Foxar, which offers augmented reality educational modules via a smartphone and tablet app. Louis Jeannin looks back on the story of a passion that began during his training at Arts et Métiers. He recounts the first steps, the progress made, and the plans for a start-up that has won the Pépite award and is looking to expand internationally.

Introduction to Louis Jeannin 

A graduateArts et Métiers Cluny Class of 2015), Louis Jeannin earned a national Master of Science degree Master of Science Industrial Engineering from the Institut Image in Chalon-sur-Saône. His specialization Master of Science 3D Interactive Technology Management (MTi3D), with a focus Master of Science Digital Engineering.
In 2018, he co-founded the startup Foxar with Nicolas Caligiuri, also an alumnus ofArts et Métiers Angers Class of 2015). In 2020, the startup Foxar received the 2020 Pépite Award. In 2021, Foxar was among the twelve winning startups of the French IoT program, a startup accelerator run by La Poste. Since 2023, Foxar has been a partner of Apple, alongside thirty other companies also involved in the field of education.
