On Friday, October 13, Arts et Métiers EDF signed a framework partnership agreement through which they commit to creating an ecosystem dedicated to creation and innovation in the service of the industries of tomorrow.

In the presence of Jean-Bernard Lévy, Chairman and CEOof EDF, Laurent Champaney, CEO ofArts et Métiers, and Roger Stanchina - President of the Arts et Métiers Foundation, the signing of this agreement confirms EDF's desire to be at the heart of research and teachingArts et Métiers particularly on the Aix-en-Provence campus.

This collaboration is based on financial sponsorship of €40,000, skills sponsorship with the provision of a full-time EDF executive, and a study project on the development of an innovative energy vision, which will be carried out by third-year engineering students in the history program and students in the EXPPER Specialized Master's program (Expert in Renewable Energy Projects and Production) program.

This framework agreement will enable the rollout of mediastiAM's partnership space (campus modernization project) and offer students the opportunity to immerse themselves in entrepreneurial culture and even start their own businesses, drawing on an ecosystem of experts and a network of industry professionals.

Thanks to this new structural agreement, EDF is positioning itself as the preferred partner of the Arts et Métiers campus Arts et Métiers and is setting out promising prospects that could ultimately involve all campuses in a range of energy-related topics.
