Based on a topic that encouraged them to reflect on gender discrimination, high school students in the Lorraine region submitted their thoughts to the jury members, who reviewed and ranked them.

This year, the award ceremony is coupled with Émilie du Châtelet Day, a day of discussion and debate between high school girls, female students, and female professionals from all sectors.

Other partners of the Caroline Aigle Award include: the Nancy-Metz Regional Education Authority, the Regional Delegation for Women's Rights and Equality, the Elles bougent Association, Polytech Nancy, the Nancy-Ochey Air Base, the Regional Directorate for Agriculture, Food, and Forestry, the Lorraine Academy of Sciences, and the Association of Members of the Order of Academic Palms.
