Get involved in a collaborative project! Are you a researcher, doctoral student, project leader, or research support staff? Are you planning to submit a proposal in 2026 or 2027? This session is for you.

This session will help you better understand Pillar 2 of the Horizon Europe program, which funds international collaborative projects in innovation, applied research, prototyping, and solution validation. We will outline the application process for Research and Innovation Actions (RIA) and Innovation Actions (IA), along with tips for preparing a proposal. You will also hear from successful applicants and have the opportunity to ask them questions.

Registration is open here: A €95.5 billion budget for European research. More than 600 calls for proposals are posted every day on the European Commission’s portal. And yet, few projects are submitted—often due to a lack of information.

Why Pillar 2?

It supports collaborative projects addressing major global challenges and industrial competitiveness in a wide range of fields, including the humanities and social sciences, health, digital technology, energy, climate, security, mobility, the environment, culture, and industry… Sign up now!
