"Never change a winning team!" Maxime Kuchinski and Michaël Debarge, teachers at 2IG Méca, are running the "Cordées de la réussite" program for the second consecutive year, which resumed on November 25.

This year's program includes welcoming 178 students from 12 schools to participate in trophy and skateboard design workshops, which already made a big impression last year.

"Last year's experience was very satisfying, and we achieved good results in terms of satisfaction among the middle and high school students who participated, as well as their teachers," says Michaël Debarge.

Maxime Kuchinski continues: "All of the institutions that participated last year have renewed the agreement for this year, and the experience we have gained allows us to welcome and support the various groups more smoothly and efficiently, with the support of the students on campus."

A promising new edition, with the same ambition as last year for both teachers: to introduce young people, especially girls, to engineering activities and careers in order to inspire them to pursue a career in this field.

The "Femmes Ingénieuses" (Ingenious Women) day organized last year on campus will be repeated in April, giving high school and middle school girls who participated in the program the opportunity to meet female engineers and future engineers and discuss job and career opportunities in the sector.

This year's goal: To offer young women the opportunity to broaden their horizons by visiting a company that sponsors the campus, with the support of the corporate relations office. Another challenging program this year, to be followed very closely!
