At the start of the 2025 academic year, the Entrepreneurship and Technological Innovation (PEIT) program will offer two major new features: EDHEC certification and a formalized international focus.

At the start of the academic year, "The entrepreneurial training program, which has been running for six years at Arts et Métiers as part of a continuous improvement process , " explains Sandra Cologne, head of the Innovation and Technological Entrepreneurship Program (PEIT). Firstly, the program is changing format in the second year: students will be able to access the Étincelle certification program offered by EDHEC, one of France's top business schools.

A six-week masterclass

L'Étincelle is a six-week course designed to provide theoretical and practical skills in entrepreneurship. It is offered on a digital platform and students can follow the program at their own pace.

L'Étincelle covers the fundamental knowledge and methods needed to launch and develop a project. The program includes lessons from professors and entrepreneurs, pragmatic implementation models, and case studies.

At the end of the masterclass, an official certificate of completion is issued by EDHEC Business School, subject to passing six quizzes and a final pitch assessment.

International partnerships

Another new feature is that students can now pursue their studies abroad in their third year (either a semester or a full year for a dual degree) through formal agreements with academic partners who offer programs and support in entrepreneurship. These include Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands, Karlsruhe Institute of Technology in Germany, Chalmers University of Technology in Sweden, and TAMU in the United States. Projects are underway with Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS (UTP) in Malaysia, Nanyang Technological University (NTU) in Singapore, and Tongji in China. In 2025, the Entrepreneurship and Technological Innovation (PEIT) program will offer two major new features: EDHEC certification and formalized international opportunities.
