Professional equality: Arts et Métiers its commitment with a score of 80.1/100 in 2024!

The professional equality index, established by Law No. 2023-623 of July 19, 2023, aims to strengthen women's access to positions of responsibility in the civil service. This tool, designed to measure the gaps between women and men in terms of pay and career progression, has become an annual requirement for all public organizations.

Based on specific indicators such as pay gaps, the distribution of individual raises and promotions, and gender parity among the 10 highest earners, the index plays a key role in the fight against inequality.

Arts et Métiers, true to its commitment to professional equality, obtained a score of 80.1/100 for the year 2023. This encouraging result reflects the efforts made to create an inclusive and equitable working environment that promotes diversity and professional development for its employees, whether they are contract workers or civil servants.

The detailed results of the index, available in the attached document, reflectArts et Métiers proactive policyArts et Métiers professional equality. This approach reflects a clear ambition: to strengthen diversity and equity within the institution while recognizing and valuing the talent of each individual.
