As lead ambassador, Thierry Rouge-Carrassat, Vice President of Technology & Innovation at Safran Aerosystems, is Safran's primary contact with Arts et Métiers.

Our partnership with Arts et Métiers of our desire to forge fruitful links with the academic world and students," explains Thierry Rouge-Carrassat, Vice President of Technology & Innovation at Safran Aerosystems. In a competitive recruitment environment, promoting the wealth of careers and development opportunities offered by Safran is key to successfully meeting the challenges of carbon-free aviation and digital transformation. "

All campuses are affected.

In early January, the group signed a sponsorship agreement with Arts et Métiers. This agreement covers all campuses and provides for the organization of a national virtual event and one event per campus each year. The choice of events and campuses will be made in consultation with corporate relations managers in June for planning for the following academic year.
Other operations will take place depending on demand, such as the installation of temporary spaces presenting the group and its internship offerings on campuses.

A network of ambassadors

A network of ambassadors will also be set up with a student ambassador and a company on four Arts et Métiers campuses. "The group's ambassadors are Safran's points of contact with the school," continues Thierry Rouge-Carrassat. Their main mission is to promote the company, its activities, and its professions to students. They help identify the talent we need. Our ambassador network includes around 30 Safran engineers (former students of the school) representing the various companies in the Safran group and a wide variety of professions (engineering, industrialization, logistics, purchasing, production, etc.)."
It should be noted that Safran, a long-standing partner of the institution, will also continue its direct activities with Arts et Métiers students.
As lead ambassador, Thierry Rouge-Carrassat is the main point of contact with the school's management: "I work with Safran's Talent Acquisition department to define and develop the partnership with the school. I also sponsor the ambassador network within Safran's management teams."

To publicize the signing of this partnership, Safran wants to link it to a major aerospace event. Watch this space!
