This year, the Arts et Métiers student ambassadors Arts et Métiers launched a fully virtual outreach initiative to connect with prospective students interested in the Grande Ecole Engineering Programme. The goal: to introduce the school and answer students’ questions!

This virtual outreach effort was supported by a Facebook group dedicated to admissions, with 1,160 members. Over the course of three and a half weeks, the 10 student ambassadors organized 15 live sessions, each featuring three ambassadors, covering a variety of topics (student life and clubs, the various programs within Grande Ecole Engineering Programme, the alumni network, the Arts et Métiers Foundation, research and innovation, etc.).
Applicants had the opportunity to ask questions live. External speakers also participated in some of the live sessions, including alumni who shared their career paths and members of the Société des Ingénieurs Arts & Métiers

The student ambassadors also proposed other content: videos presenting the campuses, key figures, infographics presenting the Arts et Métiers Society of Engineers Arts et Métiers the Arts et Métiers Foundation, etc.

10,000 total views

In total, the live streams, broadcast on theArts et Métiers Facebook group and YouTube channelArts et Métiers also available for streaming, were viewed nearly 10,000 times, with 125 questions asked by candidates during the live broadcasts! The most popular live stream was dedicated to "The daily life of an Arts et Métiers student Arts et Métiers and received a total of 1,380 views.

The student ambassadors also responded to over a hundred applicants and admitted students who contacted them via private messages!
