The Bordeaux-Talence campus is setting up a new assembly platform integrating various Industry 4.0 technologies.
This platform consists of a modular framework representing different workstations, around which a self-guided vehicle manages supplies. A consortium of several regional companies and start-ups from Nouvelle Aquitaine has been added to this framework to illustrate the different activities of the factory of tomorrow (design, production, supervision):
- AIO : automatic production line supply loop, combining AGVs with solutions that facilitate loading and unloading
- ThinkDeep AI : specialist in data processing, artificial intelligence, and augmented reality,
- 7 shapes: the first 100% online, 100% fun lean training school, based on a real-time 3D business simulation.
- MeshroomVR : software publisher specializing in 3D visualization and real-time rendering for industry,
- ITECA : software publisher focused on the Industry of the Future, specializing in intelligent data visualization using virtual reality, augmented reality, and artificial intelligence.
- Tamaplace : designer of applications for interacting and collaborating in person and/or remotely (meetings, training, maintenance, etc. via a shared virtual space),
- Diota : augmented reality assembly and inspection ranges ,
- Lynxter: expert in additive manufacturing,
- Airudit : designer of voice-controlled human/system interfaces,
- VLM-Robotics : manufacturer of robotic cells for Industry 4.0 (machining, bonding, additive manufacturing, non-destructive testing, etc.),
- AeroSpline : designer of cobot solutions for efficiency and safety in industrial professions,
- ACPI : Industrial IT Engineering Office ,
- Smart industry : analysis and solution recommendations,
- Algotech : application software publisher
A true playground focused on operational excellence, the platform aims to offer students the opportunity to carry out an industrial project from design to assembly of the finished product, while ensuring digital continuity throughout the project. The platform will be used for various educational activities (lean manufacturing, robotics/cobotics, automation, etc.).
The Factory 4.0 Demonstrator was first presented at the ViV Industry trade show (November 2019) at the initiative ofAerospace Valley. The school wanted to continue to keep this project alive on its premises, and so the platform will be installed in the coming months in the workshops, opposite room P0-54, in a secure semi-glazed area.
