At this conference, "Leadership, one of the seven pillars of quality management," you will meet seasoned leaders from different types of organizations: large corporations, liberated companies, SMEs, and start-ups. 2:15 p.m.: Opening of the conference by Professor Améziane Aoussat, Director of the Specialized Master's Program in Quality Management and the Product Design and Innovation Laboratory (LCPI).

Olivier CASTETS graduated from Arts et Métiers 1991 and is now in charge of quality at the Industrial Excellence Center for outfitting and equipment at Safran Aircraft Engines.

Emmanuelle GAUTIER has been an operational manager in industry for over 20 years, mainly in large international groups (Valéo, Safran, etc.). Drawing on this experience, Emmanuelle also brings her skills to SMEs in difficulty or undergoing transformation.

3:30 p.m.: Yohan ATTAL

Yohan ATTAL holds a PhD in brain imaging and signal processing from the Faculty of Sciences of Orsay at the University of Paris XI. He is co-founder and CEO of myBrain Technologies.

4:00 p.m.: Vincent ROBIN

Vincent ROBIN is a Research Professor who works on issues related to corporate development from a sustainability perspective.
