Students enrolled in the Specialized Master's program Arts et Métiers Quality Arts et Métiers are organizing their 10th symposium to discuss leadership as a pillar of quality management.

Poster for the 10th MS Quality Manager ConferenceLeadership is the subject of much discussion, especially in the corporate world, where the search for the best form of management is often likened to the quest for the Holy Grail.

At this conference, "Leadership, one of the seven pillars of quality management," you will meet seasoned leaders from different types of organizations: large corporations, liberated companies, SMEs, and start-ups. They will lead a roundtable discussion to share their experiences and offer a wealth of advice on how to be or become an irresistible leader.

Program

2:00 p.m.: Welcome

2:15 p.m.: Opening of the conference by Professor Améziane Aoussat, Director of the Specialized Master's Program in Quality Management and the Product Design and Innovation Laboratory (LCPI).

2:30 p.m.: Olivier CASTETS

Olivier CASTETS graduated from Arts et Métiers 1991 and is now in charge of quality at the Industrial Excellence Center for outfitting and equipment at Safran Aircraft Engines.

3:00 p.m.: Emmanuelle GAUTIER

Emmanuelle GAUTIER has been an operational manager in industry for over 20 years, mainly in large international groups (Valéo, Safran, etc.). Drawing on this experience, Emmanuelle also brings her skills to SMEs in difficulty or undergoing transformation.

3:30 p.m.: Yohan ATTAL

Yohan ATTAL holds a PhD in brain imaging and signal processing from the Faculty of Sciences of Orsay at the University of Paris XI. He is co-founder and CEO of myBrain Technologies.

4:00 p.m.: Vincent ROBIN

Vincent ROBIN is a Research Professor who works on issues related to corporate development from a sustainability perspective.

4:30 p.m.: Discussion and questions led by MS graduates and Martial GODARD, Vice President of AFQP IDF

5:15 p.m.: Cocktail Reception and Discussions
