The first Specialized Master's® program created at Arts et Métiers 1985, its objective is to train operational managers capable of leading, implementing, and taking responsibility for a Quality Management system, combined with a continuous improvement program.

The Specialized Master’s in Quality Management, established in 1986 at ENSAM, is the oldest program in Quality Management in France.
Beginning with a theoretical component during which students engage with more than sixty guest speakers from all sectors, the program enables them to develop their skills and complete their professional thesis through a work-study program.
