Have you activated your ensam.eu computer account but are unable to log in?

• Visit https://fc.ensam.eu/;
• Click on "Lost password" and request to recover your password using your ENSAM login (number format 2018-****). This number is provided when the registration file is complete.
• You will then receive a new activation code at your personal email address.
• Log back in to https://fc.ensam.eu/ and now click on "Account Activation."

Enter the activation code and your user ID (2018-****) received by email at your personal address.
- Choose a new personalized password
Your computer account is now active. You can now log in to ETRE > list of services > LISE tab to complete your registration process (log in using your 2018-*** ID + your new password).
