The Incubator at the Arts et Métiers campus Arts et Métiers Paris is proud to invite you to the "Women Entrepreneurs" evening on December 15, 2017, at 7:00 p.m.

This "Women Entrepreneurs" evening, sponsored by Laure Reinhart, Director of Innovation Partnerships at BPI France, and hosted by Jennifer Knock, journalist at LCI, will take place in the lobby of the Arts et Métiers campus library Arts et Métiers Paris on December 15 at 7 p.m.

Following on from the exhibition " Technology, Female Name " organized by Arts et Métiers 2017, the school andthe Incubator are committed to promoting female entrepreneurship in line with the school's industrial vocation and encouraging young women to embark on this adventure.

Eight young women, founders or co-founders of start-ups, have agreed to be ambassadors for female entrepreneurshipArts et Métiers , we hope, inspire young female engineers to follow in their footsteps!

Who are the eight female entrepreneurs in the Arts et Métiers  Incubator Arts et Métiers

Angarde : the first moccasin inspired by espadrilles, urban and water-friendly (Astrid Suermondt)                     

Libellul : marketplace for air sports (Anne Gérard)               

My beauty community : a new free mobile app from Beauté Collaborative. It connects cosmetics users based on their needs and interests, so they can get better advice and gather authentic opinions. This collaborative platform simply refers to customer experience (the "real customer") for sincere exchanges and provides access to a network of partner stores to purchase the chosen product at the best price.  (Marine Chevalier)

  • 7:45 p.m. Welcome address by Frédéric Geoffroy, Director of the Paris campus
  • 7:50 p.m. Evening program presented by Arnaud Michard, Director of the Incubator
  • 7:55 p.m. Remarks by patron Laure Reinhart, Director of Innovation Partnerships, BPI France
  • 8:00 p.m. Pitch and interview by the journalist with the eight entrepreneurs
  • 8:15 p.m. Closing remarks by Jennifer Knock
  • 8:20 p.m. Cocktail reception
